GENERAL INFORMATION


A flyer for each program is typically distributed to all section members approximately one month prior to the program.  This will provide detailed descriptions of the program, directions to the site, as well as time and cost information.  If you do not receive this flyer by three weeks before the event, contact the Vice-Chair for Programming.  Be sure to take special notice of any programs that require pre-registration.

Pre-registration will be required for certain events, especially when space is limited for hands-on workshops.  Pre-registration is handled through the Vice-Chair for Programming, and is closed seven days prior to the event.  Checks should be made payable to USITT Midwest Section.

Information about lodging, travel directions, and area entertainment options will be included on each flyer.  The section cannot make travel or accommodation reservations for its members.  Please call the listed local businesses for further information or reservations.
