William R. Richards started practice in June of 1962 as a sole practitioner and was so until January 1, 1976 when the firm was incorporated under the Indiana Professional Corporation Act as William R. Richards, P.C. William R. Richards, P.C. is a small general practice firm (boutique firm) specializing in mortgage foreclosures, real estate matters, Title Insurance, tax sales, retail and commercial collections, bankruptcy law, and general commercial law.

EXPERIENCE
- From 1958 to 1962, as a student in Law School, I was a loan closing officer, supervisor of the escrow department and title attorney for Union Title Company, now known as Ticor Title Insurance Company.
- Upon graduation from Law School in 1961, I have been in private practice of law for thirty-five (35) years, principal practice being in real estate, including loan closing (both commercial and residential) an mortgage foreclosures. I handle approximately 350 foreclosure cases per year for various lenders. From 1962 to 1966, I served as Deputy Prosecutor for the 19th Judicial District (Marion County), Indiana.
- I was part-time Deputy and Assistant Corporation Counsel for Marion County, Indiana, from 1968 to 1976. I primarily worked in matters related to real estate and work for Marion County and City of Indianapolis (also known as County Attorney).
- I have been a mediator for settlement work in the Marion County Court system for the past nine (9) years.
- I am currently an agent for and Treasurer of National Attorneys' Title Assurance Fund, Inc. (The Fund)

Scott Richards
EXPERIENCE
- Scott is a graduate of DePauw University. While at DePauw, he served as president of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity and competed in both varsity football and rugby.
- Scott graduated from Thomas Cooley Law school in 1996. While there, he served on the Law Review and continued to compete in rugby.
- Currently, Scott is actively involved in various real estate investments and serves as a law clerk for his father. He plans to take the Florida and Indiana Bar and pursue a career in real estate law.
- He enjoys hunting, all sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Walter Bell
EXPERIENCE
- I was born in Yankee Town, Indiana, and graduated from Eastern Hancock High School in 1936. I continued my education at Indiana University and graduated in 1948.
- I served in the service in World War II Army Signal Corps from December 1, 1941 to January 9, 1946.
- I graduated from Indianapolis Law School in 1951, and then I practiced for six years. My remaining career can be summarized as follows:

- Married Sally 50 years ago, in 1946.
- Family includes five beautiful children: Richard, Nancy, Hamilton, George Michael, Janet Rabiah, and Charles Bell; also eight grandchildren; six girls, two boys.
Richard Orr
EXPERIENCE
- Richard M. Orr graduated from Indiana University School of Law in 1951 and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Indiana and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Indiana in 1951;
- Admitted to the United States Supreme Court in 1965 and admitted to practice in Florida in 1976.
- Mr. Orr has engaged in the general practice of law at Indianapolis, Indiana since 1951
